The Personal Movement Assessment

A Deep Look at Your Health & Movement

We dive deeply into your overall life picture and your biomechanics over four dedicated sessions, to customize your movement cues and improve holistic aspects of your approach. Sometimes we all need outside reflection on our health and our movement to see, and actively work with what’s right in front of us.

Over 4, 50-minute sessions on Zoom, we will:

  • Overview where you can improve your relationship to the Wild Out Program and how you apply it in your life.

  • Identify where your body moves well and where it could use support.

  • Identify your primary postural and moving corrective cues, that will wrap everything you do in the Wild Out Program around a few central threads.

  • Lovingly look at your holistic life overview, your cycles, habits, and rhythms to make small adjustments that will support your body’s energy and alignment.

This Assessment will take your practice and the impact of your work in the community to another level. This can be great at anytime, whether just getting started and wanting to engrain good habits, or you’ve been building a base and ready to level-up.

An immersive retreat held at an exceptional 16-acre private retreat center on one of Earth's most vibrant coastlines.

The Coach Behind Wild Out:

Trevor Spring

After living in Hawai’i for 20 years, and with 24 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've trained national rugby players in Tonga and college tennis teams in Hawaii. I've worked with regular people looking to feel great, and burned-out Wall Street exec’s who had been trashing their bodies for years. I’ve built this practice from my work with hundreds of clients, as well as my own experience with my own ever-evolving body, habits and perspective.

Always preferring to train outdoors, I've been outside of the gym world for the last 10+ years in Hawaii. But I’ve worked in the biggest gyms and run my own small studio in Honolulu. For the last year and a half I’ve been back in the mainstream gym environment and this experience has clarified for me - PEOPLE NEED WILD OUT!

I've spent so much time inside the modern gyms (I call them exercise casinos) over 24 years. And I deliberately choose to move beyond them — because the system is producing injured, neurotic, depleted, dissatisfied people. Wild Out exists because there is a better way, and it starts outside.

This philosophy is based in my on-going learning from the best Biomechanics education available, from Paul Chek and the CHEK Institute, from 22 years as a Russian Kettlebell Instructor, from being a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, and many other modalities and certifications. From my own experience of getting muscle-bound and jacked muscular, then realizing that my body hurt everywhere, I couldn’t paddle or surf well, and I didn’t feel any more secure or happy - all applied in the environment your body was actually designed for. Nature. No gym required. In fact, the gym may be the problem.
